Besides, our artist switch roles inside the team to bring more diversity and creativity into their work products. For example, from three people creating these armor sets each has tried himself as a concept artist, 3D modeller or a texture artist for a certain number of sets. It is possible due to great team morale and self-organizing mindset of our team.
